5 Terrible Excuses For Why People Let Their Dreams Go

Yes, everyone has that little voice in their head screaming that they’re pathetic, a failure, and worthless. Sometimes, you believe you’ve created the best thing that’s ever been on earth, and the next day you are wondering how in the world you managed to create such a piece of dirt.

Well, there are many things that science has told us about 卓悅 that little voice. For one, it was originally used as a means of comfort and security. Yes, I know, that voice that calls you ugly and worthless was intended to be helpful, not harmful. And it’s not like you can tie it up, put some tape on its mouth, and throw it in the corner. But let’s face it, that voice is one of the best things we can have. It will tell us over and over when something isn’t good enough, and that’s us.

We know our limits, and so do our minds. So, the next time you hear that little old brain of yours telling you that your piece of art/literature/acting/athletics is terrible, think of it as a way of your brain saying this: I can do better, I know I can. I can succeed in my dreams.

2. You say you “don’t have enough time.”
I’m going to say this once: dreams are meant to be taken and worked on. And if you don’t have enough time for something you’re passionate about, then you truly never were that passionate about it.

Successful people make time, and if you’re one of those people who are constantly on Facebook, Instagram, or Tumblr, grab a stopwatch and start counting the minutes. When you decide that you’re going to sit down and watch TV, start counting the minutes. A recent study from The Telegraph shows us that the average person spends an hour and forty minutes on social media each day — and you still say you have no time?

If you truly have no time, no time in the world to do what you love, drop what you don’t like and start doing what you love. Yes, you might make a little less money, you might not be able to go to the gym, you might not be able to do certain things you like, but you will be able to do the thing you love and pursue your dream. You have one life, so what do you have to lose to go after a dream? Nothing.

3. Your peers think otherwise.
“Hey, Jenny, heard you want to be a writer. Good luck with that — you can’t write, and becoming a successful author is, like, super hard, so come party instead.”

Everyone has that one person who will stop at nothing to put down their dreams, their aspirations. These people believe that in life, you have to be a realist. Being an artist doesn’t pay bills, neither does being a writer. What pays bills is working a 9-to-5 job that you might hate, and for what? A nice car, a nice house, a nice job, some status? But what about that dream? What about that dream to be a writer, to publish work?

You know, I can tell you something, something that’s a fact. If you 卓悅 worked a 9-to-5 job and died tomorrow, what would happen? Someone would come and take your place, people would mourn, and that would be it. Your life as a blip in the earth’s existence. Forgotten. However, if you go out there in that big world and attempt to make something of your dream, you will be more successful than any other millenial who worked all day in a job they despised. Whether it’s being a dancer, being an athlete, being a writer — you have the chance of never being forgotten. The chance of your name to be written on a great piece of work, in a record book, in an amazing play. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. So go for it.

To quote Alan watts: What would you do, if money was no object?

Do it.

4. You say, “I’m not quite ready yet.”
It takes a lot of courage to chase a dream. That becomes more evident when you sacrifice family time, your lifestyle, your hobbies, your finances, and even risk losing everything. Now, I’m not saying go out and quit your job, burn your bridges, destroy your foundations. What I am saying is to rediscover that passion, that eternal flame that is within all of us to chase our dreams, because you only have one life.

With every day that passes, you are the oldest you’ve ever been, and the youngest you’ll ever be again. Time will run from you, and I hear a lot of, “I’m not quite ready yet” or “I’m too young, I don’t have enough experience.” That is bologna. I will say this time and time again: you don’t wait for opportunity, you create your opportunity. You build your bridges, and I’ll be damned if there is a path that leads to success that is covered in debris, fallen down and broken — you’d better get ready to clear it. Because you are ready. You will make yourself ready.

5. You lie to yourself.
Being honest to yourself is one of the hardest things to 卓悅 do in life. People do not like disappointments, and when you are striving to be successful, you always hear the words, “I’m doing my best,” “I work my butt off,” and “I’m always busy.”

People like to proclaim self-greatness. But it’s always good to understand you aren’t the best — yet. I’ll give you an example. My dream is to become a writer, and when I was younger, I used to claim that I didn’t read books because I thought all the stories were pointless and I didn’t like the way other writers wrote. Well, I was lying to myself, and had convinced myself of this lie. The reality was that I believed I wrote the best and had the talent to be the greatest — I still do, but in a much humbler way. I stepped back and told myself that I am nothing but dirt right now. That in order for me to grow, I must learn from the best. I picked up many novels by Stephen King. I don’t like his novels greatly — some I love, most I like. But he is argueably the most popular and well-known writer there is. I stopped seeing myself as someone who can contribute to the world of literature, and starting seeing myself in my true form: as an apprentice, learning on his own through self-education.

Privacy Film For Bathroom Windows

Q Our bathroom windows have clear glass. This coolfire iv 40w
means that the curtains are constantly drawn, limiting the natural light. Is there anything we can put on the windows that will let in the light but give us privacy?
A If the windows in your bathroom are single-pane, you can apply a privacy film to the interior side. One user-friendly product we’ve tried costs 80¢ to 90¢ per square foot. It’s a frosted privacy film that makes the window impossible to see through. The film takes careful handling but it requires very few tools (utility DR REBORN knife, spray bottle and squeegee), and the company provides complete instructions. The product is supported by a total satisfaction warranty. For more information, contact Gila Products, Dept. TFH, P.O. Box 5068, Martinsville, VA, 24115; 800) 528-1290 or online at www.gilafilms.com.
Installing this film on double-pane, insulated windows will void the manufacturer’s warranty. If you’re not concerned about the warranty and the glass cracks after you install the DR REBORN film, a window repair specialist can replace the old thermal unit with a low-visibility unit. But expect to pay $150 or more to have the double-pane glass replaced in a small bathroom window.

So You Want To Win the Lottery

If we all got everything we wanted, most of us would have won the lottery by now. So what happens when we notice that we aren't getting what we want, even when we've been using Law reenex facial of Attraction to manifest a particular desire for an extended period of time?

Wanting to win the lottery is a clear desire, therefore, you need to use Law of Attraction deliberately. If you're not getting evidence that your desire to win the lottery is manifesting, then you need to review the Law of Attraction formula and check to see if all three conditions for Deliberate Attraction are being met. All desires you may have, for example, attracting an ideal mate, an ideal client base, ideal health or an ideal abundance of money require these same three conditions.

Step 1: Clearly identify your desire
Step 2: Raise your vibration (Give Your Desire Attention)
Step 3: Allow it

So let's examine these three conditions with respect to manifesting a winning lottery ticket.

Step 1: Clearly identify your desire (You bought a ticket and you WANT to win.) Step 1 is done.

Step 2: Raise your vibration (You talk about and daydream about all the things you'll do with the money you win.) Step 2 is done.

If the only thing we needed to do is Step 1 and Step 2, most people would have everything they've ever become excited about. So as you observe that you've NOT attracted what you've reenex cps been desiring (in this case, a winning lottery ticket), you'll need to check the three step process to find out what step needs your attention more often. In most cases it's Step 3 - Allowing.

Allowing is the absence of doubt. Doubt is a negative vibration that cancels out the positive vibration of your desire, so removing doubt will allow your desire to come to you. Removing doubt will speed up the manifestation of your desire.

One of the best tools for removing doubt is to start keeping a log or journal of all the ways in which you are attracting more abundance into your life, thus, you are finding proof! Abundance is simply energy and the more often you discover that you are aligned with the energy of abundance, the more often you will be removing doubt that you are Allowing your desire to win the lottery. For example, if you find money or someone buys you lunch or you find a great sale on an item you want to buy-this is all evidence that you are in alignment with abundance. Logging this evidence or tracking it in a journal will help you prove to yourself that you are aligning yourself more and more with abundance.

In short, how soon you'll win the lottery is determined by how much doubt you have about winning, and winning is all about removing that doubt thereby aligning yourself with the energy of abundance.

Michael Losier, a Law of Attraction Trainer and author, supports people in understanding and practicing the Art of Deliberate Attraction, so they can have more of what they want and less of reenex hong kong what they don't. Michael has been applying the principles of Law of Attraction for many years and enjoys a wonderful and rewarding life in the city of Victoria, BC, Canada. He facilitates a number of in-person Law of Attraction seminars as well as Teleseminars to a worldwide audience.

Breast cancer sufferer 'used superfoods to combat disease'

A breast cancer sufferer has described how she BBA University Ranking turned down a powerful drug and used a special low fat diet including curry spices to combat the disease.

Vicky Sewart said she was concerned about the side-effects of the medicine which she was offered so opted to treat her condition with a health regime involving exercise and special foods.

She used a range of 'superfoods' including the spice Turmeric used in curries which she claims "makes cancer cells commit suicide".

She said she used the spice in dishes including curries, stir-fry and a range of other food.

Now, four years later and with no sign of the cancer coming back, the 44-year-old is at the centre of a research project to study how lifestyle can be used to help other victims of the disease.

Vicky from Plymouth, Devon, told how she had an operation to remove a breast and lymph node in June 2008.

After Vicky, who runs the Victoria Sewart Contemporary Jewellery Gallery on the Barbican, in Plymouth, was diagnosed with a fast-growing tumour she underwent chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery.

But then she shocked doctors and her family when she refused to take Tamoxifen during remission ~ saying she would be using her diet as her anti-cancer 'drug'.

Vicky said: "It's very unusual for breast cancer patients not to take the drug.

"When I told the doctors I didn't want to take it, they just advised me to keep oestrogen out of my body, which is basically what the drug does.

"The doctors absolutely will not say that the diet is going to do anything to help the cancer in any way, other than to say a healthy diet is going to help in the fight against any disease.

"This was four years ago and I think attitudes are changing a bit now so that these ideas are running alongside the more usual treatments.

"I believe absolutely enormously that my diet has assisted my recovery."

Vicky researched foods which, according to anecdotal evidence, might have helped the recovery of breast cancer patients.

At first, she adhered to a very strict diet. She became a vegan for a while and cut out all dairy produce. She also added 'super-foods' to her diet and ate almost entirely organic.

Vicky said: "Fresh fruit, vegetables and juices are great, and frozen berries are fantastic as a superfood.

"Turmeric kind of makes cancer cells commit Day Trip to Cities in China near Hong Kong
suicide and ginger and garlic are great to cook with."

She prepares all her food from scratch, makes her own body lotions from natural ingredients and only uses chemical-free cleaners and detergents.

"I decided that I was going to help myself and do as much as I could," she said.

Another element of her lifestyle is moderate exercise, which she believes was helpful in her recovery from cancer.

Vicky made her decision based on the side effects she could expect from Tamoxifen.

"It was the worry of the drugs and the side effects, I didn't want to have to worry about it, I wanted to be free," she said.

The national research study is looking at how lifestyle can help prevent the recurrence of breast cancer after surgery. It is the largest of its kind in the world, involving 56 hospitals around the UK and 3,400 patients who have had the disease.

For the past four years, Vicky has provided blood and urine samples and filled in regular questionnaires about her well-being, diet and lifestyle as part of the national research.

She has another year left of the trial and some findings are expected later this year and the full results will be published next year.

Vicky is hoping to mark her five-year remission in August 2013 and is getting ready to marry her fiance Michael in September.

She added: "People can die, or come back from it and enjoy life, you've just got to be thankful you're still around. Make the most of life, everything will always be alright in the end."

Dr Steve Kelly, an oncologist specialising in treating patients with breast cancer, based at Derriford Hospital, said: "Breast cancer deaths have been going down steadily for over 20 years thanks to surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy - all have helped.

"But there are three things patients can do to help themselves, it doesn't guarantee survival, but it does help.

"The first is to exercise for thirty minutes three days a week, the second is to not gain any weight and the third is to reduce fat intake.

"These things help to reduce the chance of cancer coming back. For this patient, four years on now, it is still early days."

Vicky's father Dr John Sewart, aged 85, from Saltash, turmeric powder
said: "I gave her advice when she asked for it.

"I was answering as a father first and a doctor second. It wasn't difficult, I agreed with what she was planning to do, and I agreed with her decisions."
